I’ve been following the Pilates method of whole body workouts now for well over 15 years and initially used it to allow myself to be pain free following a horse riding accident.
I’ve never looked back. The more you practice, the more you get from the method as it gradually retrains the body to move freely with strength and purpose.
So, to help you with your own self-practice you can find a series of instructional videos here that will take you through a whole range of general body movement patterns to help you get the best from your body regardless of what your lifestyle is.
You can follow the videos at any time, wherever you are so you can keep moving even on holiday.
